OUR RETURNS POLICY

We are a surplus store.

That means we sell items that can be:

Defective

Overstock

Customer Returns

New

Missing piece(s)

Damaged

We inspect every single item to the best of our ability. If there are any defects with the item(s), it will be listed in the title and/or description (often times with pictures).

3-Day NO QUESTIONS ASKED :)

 

You may return the item for a full refund NO QUESTIONS ASKED, a.k.a for any reason! Some reasons could include:


1. It isn't snowing
2. You have yet to discover Big Foot
3. Your favorite team lost
4. You can't do that thing where your tongue touches your nose

However, if the item is not defective (i.e not broken, defect is listed on product listing, etc), you will be responsible for shipping costs.


If the item is in fact defective, you will be eligible for a full refund! (We take pictures of all items before shipment)

 

Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. 

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement (if we have it in stock) or a full refund! Simply email us with a description of the product and issue and we will sort it out!


Return Eligibility

Items must be in new or original condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

 

The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

Clearance Items

Gift Certificates

Personalized Items

Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
