We try our best to inspect all items before listing online. If there are any defects from the item then it will be listed in the title and/or description.
Due to the nature of our business you will have 3 days after delivery to inspect the item. If item has any sort of defect(s) that have not been listed online, then it will be eligible for return.
You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 3 days of delivery; all you need to do is contact us and one of our staff will respond accordingly. Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount (if shipping is paid by HMS).
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Simply email us with a description of the product and issue and we will sort it out.
Items must be in new or original condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
